ARTICLE 2: SCOPE

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by us as the seller to you as the consumer. A consumer is any natural person who acquires or uses products or services placed on the market solely for non-professional purposes.

2.2 We deliver only within Belgium and the Netherlands. If you wish delivery to another country, please e-mail us to request the delivery conditions.

2.3 Placing an order on the website constitutes acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 3: ORDERING

3.1 The products and/or services offered are always described and presented completely and accurately. The images used are a truthful representation of the goods and/or services offered. However, errors are always possible and, if they are obvious, there is no liability to deliver.

3.2 The agreement becomes final once the consumer receives an e-mail confirmation of the order together with a successful payment transaction.

3.3 Accepted payment methods: VISA and Mastercard. If your card issuer refuses to authorize your payment, we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery and/or non-delivery. Orders without valid payment in the name of the registered cardholder will not be accepted or processed.

3.4 Payment by bank transfer: Payments can be made directly to IBAN BE57 0689 3242 3035 (BIC/SWIFT: GKCCBEBB). This option is also available to our foreign customers. Always mention the order number as the payment reference. As soon as we have received the funds, your order will be shipped. If we have not received payment within 7 working days, the order will be cancelled and the goods may be offered for sale again.

3.5 How to order: To purchase a product, the customer adds the product to the shopping cart, then enters contact and billing details.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 Our prices include all taxes, VAT, levies and services. Shipping costs are always shown before the purchase is finalized.

4.2 Payments are only possible via the payment methods offered on the website. You may also choose to pay by bank transfer. In case of any issues during the payment process, please e-mail nadja.verhulst@gmail.com or call +32 (0)479 66 38 64.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 When purchasing goods or services, you as a consumer have the right to decide within 14 days whether you wish to keep the products. This period starts from the conclusion of the contract. You may return your order without penalty and without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Once the product has been returned in good condition, the full purchase price will be refunded via the same means of payment used for the order.

5.2 Any direct costs incurred for returning goods are always at the consumer’s expense.

5.3 The refund will be made only after we have received the products or if the consumer can prove when the goods were returned.

5.4 Please handle the order and its packaging with care during the first 14 days after delivery. If you wish to retain the option to return the goods as described above, the goods may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep them.

5.5 Returned goods may have been tried on/worn, but must not be damaged. The return should, if possible, be made in the original packaging and the following instructions must be observed:

5.5.2 Returns can be made via bpost or via a courier chosen by the consumer.
5.5.3 Please inform us if you wish to return a product at nadja.verhulst@gmail.com. An acknowledgement of withdrawal will be sent by e-mail. Insufficiently stamped or unannounced returns will not be credited.

5.6 Before we ship items, we always ensure proper packaging and carefully check the products. The buyer undertakes to inspect the order upon delivery. Packages that are clearly damaged upon delivery should never be accepted. If you nevertheless discover damage to the ordered item, please notify us immediately. If possible, please send a photo of the damaged item. Never discard the postal packaging before verifying the condition of the product and never return a received parcel without contacting us first.

ARTICLE 6: SHIPPING

6.1 All goods are delivered to the address provided by the consumer when placing the order.

6.2 Shipping rates may change at any time. They are always clearly stated on the order confirmation and on the invoice.

6.3 Orders from €65 are shipped free of charge to any delivery address in Belgium or the Netherlands. We strive to deliver the products to the customer as quickly as possible.

6.4 In cases of force majeure, we are not liable for any damage. This includes any circumstance beyond our will and control that prevents the fulfilment of our obligations. This includes, among others, fire, strikes, power outages, disruptions in telecommunications networks, late deliveries by our partners, etc.

ARTICLE 7: EXTRA CUSTOMER SERVICE

7.1 We offer a 100% guarantee on any beads that may become damaged. Each bead is carefully torch-worked and then annealed in a kiln. Should a bead become damaged over time, this component can be repaired free of charge. Note that any shipping costs incurred are always at the customer’s expense.

ARTICLE 7: MISCELLANEOUS

7.1 The website and our communications in general are protected by intellectual property rights. It is therefore prohibited to copy or (re)use our photos, logos, texts, etc.
